1. After uploaded the money transfer on the webpage, how long will I receive products?
After 2 days of transfer, our process will prepare your order and dispatch on the same or next working day (Monday to Friday) after you paid successfully, which means that you receive your order within 3 to 20 days (depends on your location). 4. I already attached transfer slip, why still not delivery?
After checking the slip not more than 2 days, the factory will send the products to the customer address and will confirm delivery time by email. If you have not received the products yet, please contact email@example.com
5. If it show up as “ongoing production”, how many days to wait?
No more than 2 days. After that, you will be notified “tracking number” in “order menu” to check order status. If delayed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

7. If I forget my password, what should I do?

8. How can I pay my order?
We only accept brank transfer for the payment method because of the higher security.
9. How can I check the status of my order?
After the validation of your order, you will receive several emails:
– the first one confirms that your order is well recorded
– the second one advises that your order is being processed, and
– the third one is sent upon shipment of your order.
You can also check “My Account” on our website and check the status of your order by clicking on the order reference.
